The Okinawa O’Bergs returned to sunny southern California with a visit to Coronado Island near San Diego. Abby celebrated her 7th birthday. Who knew our hotel would have her favorite birds, flamingos? Nate circumnavigated the island with me by bike and spent many hours on his boogie board at the beautiful beach adjacent the North Island Naval Base. Andrew David did more than keep up with his siblings, digging sand castles, swimming, and practicing his alphabet sounds with Mamo.
How lucky we feel to have Nicole, Rob and their crew permanently back in southern California.
