Family Photos
We had so much fun Bay Area sightseeing with Michell and Micah. We visited famous sites: The Golden Gate Bridge, Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown. We road the Cable Cars and Michell and Micah took a tour of Alcatraz. Our final evening we dined at Mama Luisa’s Restaurant and got to take photos with the North Beach matriarch herself, now 93.
On the East Bay side we toured downtown Oakland, viewing some of its political art and buying gear at Oaklandish. We spent an afternoon at Jack London Square, bowling at Plank. And we sampled the relative merits of two great ice creameries on both sides of the Bay: Tucker’s in Alameda and Ghiradelli’s in San Francisco.
During the visit, I learned of Micah’s considerable photo editing skills. He made the first cable car in this collection look awesome. Can’t wait to have them back, for there is a lot more Bay Area to see.
